Using industry leading 3D printers R&D can precisely print intricate wax models that can be used directly in various casting methods. Having a file 3D printed is as simple as uploading an STL file directly to our website. If you don't have a 3D file, our design team can build one. Want a metal model? We have the capability to mill your pieces out of a variety of metals.

CASTING

With a full casting team on hand R&D can cast your pieces with precision. We can take any design from the beginning stage models to create molds, turning mass quantities around in a timely fashion. Using centrifugal and investment casting methods we cast in a variety of metals.

Beyond developing the fine details of your product, R&D has the capacity, machinery, technology and experience to put your idea into full scale production. It's rare to find a full paint shop. R&D has an expert full service paint department. We consistently work with industry leaders in meeting the highest color and quality standards. We regularly use all standard industry paints, resins, epoxies and enamels.
